Introduction

The Tree of Knowledge is a rich source of information on the social practices of forestry in Southeast Asia. This is a compilation of information collected by the ASEAN Working Group on Social Forestry since 2005. The work of partners under the Swiss ASEAN Partnership on Social Forestry and Climate Change has enriched this body of knowledge.

Who developed the tree of knowledge?

It is supported and implemented by the ASEAN Working Group on Social Forestry (AWG-SF) in collaboration with the Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR), Global Agroforestry. Center (ICRAF), Non-Timber Forest Products Exchange Program (NTFP-EP), RECOFTC, and Southeast Asia Regional Center for Advanced Studies and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA).
