We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our development team on major contractor and housebuilder accounts in the North West and North Wales. What do you need for this purpose?
We need a pragmatic relationship thinker who can analyze customers and prospects, develop business plans that identify key partners and opportunities, and develop individually and collaboratively. We believe it is the individual’s responsibility to:
- Experience in multi-stakeholder negotiations for large contractors and construction companies’ accounts.
- Ability to work at multiple levels with stakeholders and multiple clients
- Experience managing contracts with key vendors, returns and creating business accounts
- Working knowledge of project specifications and procurement processes
- Experience in initial project coordination and project follow-up to achieve effective and efficient results
- Ability to identify client or project needs and develop and deliver effective results
- Ability to use data and advanced business processes to achieve product quality and profitability
- Be creative and develop the ability to think outside the box instead of relying on the status quo and practices.
- Presentation and communication skills Ability to effectively and confidently communicate to one or more audiences, both internal and external.
- Maintain detailed and operational records
- Demonstrate punctuality and consistency and work in accordance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Hold a valid driving licence and be able to drive in the North West, West Midlands and North Wales
